I've spent a pleasant hour catc...Good morning! I've spent a pleasant hour catching up with the wonderful in- fomation on this blog. (I'd also like to compliment the writer on her wonderful (and friendly) writing style!) The several pieces on summer exercise (walking, swimming, etc.) will help me with my summer plans. But, best of all, the piece on weight/height and body-mass-index led me to finding my BMI at the link. What do you know: after several weeks of carefully constructed dieting, I have returned to a BMI of 24! Much of the work has been encouraged by this blog! Thanks, Cindy.
